Excellent... Barrel bluing is top notch and sights are easy to see and be accurate with, Was shooting rifled slugs with great effect. The sights are easy to use ( saddle and front blade) and highly adjustable.
The ports did seem to reduce muzzle rise. The difference was only just noticeable though. I''m sure that with 3" slugs the ports would make a greater difference. This barrel is a great deal and would recommend this for any shotgun owner who is interested in hunting Deer.
